Pros and cons of Electric Circuits app for iPhone and iPad

Electric Circuits app good for

The 12 levels went by quickly, but this app has much more in it than just the game aspect. It has great potential as an instructional app as well and would be well suited for students of all ages.
This is a great educational tool. Great app! One of my favorite apps of all time.
Love the animation. If you can add in an update like: Capacitors, and Transistors, and a Relay, and a Timing chip 555, for advance electronic users, this would be nice, like putting together a radio from your instructions, then hearing a sound or talk if you get your circuit correct, or with using a Relay, and a Cap. then seeing a light go off then on using the timing chip, this will make the application really cool, then a Big 5 star from me.
Stumbled upon this by accident. What a wonderful tool for teaching! You can work it over and over until you get it right. Now...if the developer could iupdate with more circuits that would be great! More, more, more! We want more of these kinds of AppsīŒ·

Some bad moments

There are 12 pathetic scenarios that can be done faster with a pen and paper then it takes to download the application. Provides neither learning nor reference value. It is neither fun nor challenging. Total disappointment.
The UI is clumsy -- why cant I just drag items? Why must I explicitly click for "drag" mode? More frustrating is the lack of any reference material. No indication is given of correct solutions. For basic circuits, success is obvious. For the more-complex circuits, I dont even know the goal.
Im an electrician and he calls three way switches two ways and a four way he calls reversing switch. This is the start of something seemingly useful but doesnt exactly help newbies learn. I tried it out bc im bored and wanted to see the mistakes myself. Theres more to electricity than this, so much more in fact that in this apps current shape it should be no more than a free app.
